Variety: 40%XAREL·LO, 30% MACABEU, 30% PARELLADA Alcohol: 11,5% vol Sugar: 11gr/l Ageing: Second fermentation in the bottle, minimum 14 months ageing in our cellars. Appearance: The wine is clear, straw-coloured yellow with green tones. Fine, persistent bubbles. Nose: The nose is clean, with aromas of ripen apples and citrus . There are floral notes, such as white blossom or elderflower. Palate: In the mouth it is vivacious, fresh and balanced. Flavours correspond the aromas: ripen apple, pear, nectarine, with a hint of citrus fruit. Gastronomy: Ideal as an aperitif at any time. Also perfect with all kinds of fish, shellfish, white and red meats, sauces, etc. An ideal wine to accompany a whole meal. Ideal temperature: 6 - 8º C
