Chantré
The exact production method of our Chantré is a closely-guarded secret, but there are a few details we can reveal:
Each year the best wines are selected to provide the perfect base for our Chantré. Our master distillers obtain a fine distillate from these wines, distilled in accordance with the 1932 wine law. The distillates are then stored: They mature for at least six months in Limousin oak barrels. During this time, they develop the typical flavor and golden brown color of our Chantré.
