CHEESE BREAD (Pao de Queijo):

INGREDIENTS: Water, cassava starch, eggs, oil, modified starch, cheese, starch, cheese flavoring. CONTAINS GLUTEN.

INTENDED USE: Product to be consumed by the general public, except for people with gluten and lactose intolerance, who are allergic to soy, eggs or celiac people. People who have allergies or intolerance should be aware of the ingredients present in the INGREDIENTS list and in the alert about ALLERGIC.

Method of preparation:

Remove from the freezer and place on a baking sheet, leaving a space of 2 cm between each cheese bread. Cheese breads cannot be defrosted, it must go directly from the freezer to the oven. Preheat the oven to 150ºC for 10 min. Bake in electric or gas oven. 100g breads; 90g and 75g: 40 min. Breads of 55g 30min. 25g breads; 15g 20 min and 9g 15min. There are differences between the ovens, so adjust the preparation suggestion to your oven.
