Pasta filata cheese, unripened, semi-soft, medium-fat.

Balls  with caliber cca 1 cm,   clean surface with rare cracks. Scent and taste fine milk taste, distinctively mildly sour from fermentation, adequatly salty, typical for pasta filata cheese.

Suitable as a take-away product for quick refreshment.
