The novelty of the Chia pearl jelly is the individually jellied chia seeds we call chia pearls. The delicate taste and the gentle consistency of the Pearl Jelly are result of the exact proportions of seeds and fruit together with rose leaves. Sweetness comes from fruit only. Chia seeds are highly recognized as a superfood, being a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, vitamins, minerals and dietary fibers.
