Chicken KEBAB

Strips of chicken thigh meat, tumbled in nitrite-free brine with spices, steamed and individually quick frozen. The shape of the strips is irregular.  The colour of the surface is red with a tinge of orange. The colour of the meat on cross section is beige to dark beige.. The flavour and aroma are characteristic for steamed chicken with a noticeable trace of the spices used. Slight patches of frost may occur on the frozen product, as well as non-permanent frozen blocks in the packaging.
