Chili con carne with beef
A delicious stew that probably originated in the border area between Mexico and the United States. Our chili con carne (Spanish for “chili with meat”) is filled with pure artisanal beef and various vegetables such as kidney beans, tomato, peppers and corn. Delicious, mildly spiced and great with, for example, rice or tortillas, but as a variation, also good as a filling in wraps.
