Our Cooking Chorizo grills up juicy and full of smoky flavour! We make small batches of authentic chorizo using top quality heritage pork and smoked paprika from La Vera. This chorizo is great on the grill. It can also be enjoyed as a breakfast sausage or simmered in red wine.
