Introduced in 2013, these popular organic cookies started out as wholgrain sourdough crispbread. We added just enough raw sugar, coconut oil and cinnamon to transform them to a delicate treat. Not too sweet, so they’re nice not just with coffee or tea, but even with blue cheese and a glass of port wine. Made with less than half the sugar of ordinary biscuits.
