Cinnamon roll / Kanelbulle 100g / 9604

Traditional Swedish cinnamon roll made with a perfectly soft and chewy cardamom dough with a buttery cinnamon-sugar filling, flavoured with cardamom and decorated with pearl sugar. 

Place frozen products onto a baking tray covered with baking paper. Defrost at room temperature for 30 min. Bake in a preheated oven at 185°C for 12‐15 min. Add steam in the beginning of baking 5 sec in the beginning of baking. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
