Circus Number Alentejo Regional Red

Very round and sensual texture. Concentrated but fine wine with aromas of black fruits, balsamic, pine needles, black pepper and hint of anise star. Fresh fruit palate marries well with soft tannins and balances acidity.

Ideal for red meats and rich duck dishes. Best when served slightly chilled to 18ºC.
