Unique product in the Politan portfolio. The clips have legally reserved shape, size and manufacturing material. They are characterised by a special anti-explosion protection that protects a bag or sleeve against rupture under the influence of high pressure produced during baking. The use of the clips eliminates the need to puncture the bag.
