Coconut blossom sugar has been derived from the nectar of the coconut blossom. Aromatic, rich-tasting, delicious unrefined brown sugar with a sweet caramel flavor adding warmth, depth and color to all your dishes and pastries. This is a slow sugar with a low glycemic index (35 – f.e. white bread is 75, boiled potatoe 78) so the calories are being absorbed much slower this way giving less strong fluctuations in the blood sugar levels.
