The Coconut Cheesecake has a base and sides of crumble dough, and is filled with a cream of cottage cheese, dessicated cocnut, egg and sugar. The cake is 100% natural, we completely forgo the use of any preservatives, artificial food additives, taste enhancers or any other artificial items. It is ready baked for immediate enjoyment without any preparation. 

Due to our patented packaging technology the cake has a shelf life of up to 12 months in ambient temperature, without any chilling or freezing. Therefore the handling, transport and storage of the cake is perfectly easy, and the display possibilities in the shop are much better than for frozen cakes.
