Coconut Sugar
Coconut Sugar is a nutritious alternative to white sugar and artificial sweeteners. It is sustainably produced from Indonesian coconut flowers; the nectar is hand-harvested by farmers and cooked until it crystallizes.
Coconut Sugar has a high mineral content, including potassium, copper and zinc. In addition, it has a low glycemic index (GI 35); it is not bleached, it is preservative-free, has a gentle caramelized taste, is quite versatile, and can be used in the same quantity as normal white sugar.
