cooked ham obtained from animals born, reared and slaughtered exclusively in Countries of the European Community. Produced with fresh pork thighs, accurately selected, skimmed and skinned; salted, dried in controlled climatic conditions. Cut in dices and packed in thermoformed trays in protected atmosphere.

Twin pack of 140g (2x70g) fix weight. The single tray can be separated easily.
