VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS
Selected grapes from Garnacha vineyards
older than 30 years old
DATE HARVESTED: From the first
week of October.
PROCESS : Tradicional wine making,
fermentation at 26-28º C under temperature
control. Pelicular maceration for two
weeks. The malolactic fermentation takes
place after the alcoholic fermentation.
AGEING: Short ageing for 6 months in
American oak barrels.
TASTING :
Colour.- Cherry red, with violet hues,
very clean and bright.
Aroma.-Intense complex aromas with tones
of red and black ripe fruits, combined with
spiced and refreshing aromas due to its
ageing.
Palate.- Fleshy, well balanced, flavourful
and harmonious in the mouth, showing ripe
fruit (cherry, blackberry, etc…). It is very
enjoyable, and it has a long and persistent
aftertaste.
SERVE AT : 16ºC.
