Hand harvesting in boxes of 18 kg. made early in morning , when still the sea breeze rests on the berries .
Selection of equilibrated plants that provide medium sized grains with great concentration.
Cold pelicular maceration during 72 hours.
Fermentation in stainless steel tank.
Resting of 7 months in French oak barrels.
Clarification. Stabilization. Filtering. Bottling. Bottle ageing for 3 months.

Total acidity: 5.33 g/l.
pH: 3.46
Sugar: 1,80 g/l.
A scarlet red colored wine. Aromas of red fruits like raspberries and cherries, with soft spicy notes. On the mouth, it’ gentle and round, with a long persistence. It’s very pleasant due to its equilibrium between acidity, sweetness and fruit.
Ideal to accompany Pasta, rice and white meats.
