A special cooked ham obtained by selection of the best fresh legs that are deboning and carefully aromatized (internally and externally) with a mixture of aromatic herbs that characterize taste and flavor. A slow cooking and a browning in a steam oven gives to the product a subtle hint and an unmistakeable shade of pink color. Size 6 kg.
