County AOP

A renowned cheese, raw milk and hard cheese whose production area covers mostly the Franche Comté ... "It takes gestures and time to make a real County!"

As Morbier, Mont d'Or and Bleu de Gex, Montbéliarde cow is the only breed known for the production of milk County, its diet consisting essentially of flora of the Jura meadows without fermented foods (silage).
