Vineyard on slopes harvested entirely by hand on the famous Ribeauvillé fault line that offers incredible diversity of terroirs.
Grapes are fully hand harvested, very low yield and “Solera process” from 8 vintages, 95 months on lees (almost 8 years), disgorgment made once a year, Crémants from Ribeauvillé are a selection of early harvested grapes, in order to keep their vigorous and aromatic richness.
Fine pale yellow colour with a fresh nose of white flowers and peaches aromas. The entry is crisp and thirst-quencher with white peach aromas. Fine and well-balanced crémant thanks his fine and persistent bubbles. A wine made for aging that will evolve towards toasted notes It can also be enjoyed young for its vigor and its floral aromas.
