Craft cider demi-sec (Medium)

AWARDS WINNING CRAFT CIDER. Cidre Le Brun medium shows an attractive gold and bright color. On the nose, the medium cider offers lovely crunchy apple and white flower aromas. Carbonated through second fermentation, it leaves a gentle foam on the palate with good acidity on the finish. Great as an aperitif, it is also sweet enough to drink alongside dessert.

• Slow production: 6 months from orchard to bottle.

• Made from 100% fresh apples.

• Apples are sourced from Le Brun’s own orchards (120 hectares).

• All fruits are hand-selected and hand-picked (3 harvests to pick apples with similar maturity levels).

• No concentrate, no flavouring, no sugar or no water added.

• Natural Sparkling process through second fermentation. 

• No pasteurisation.

• Naturally gluten free & vegan friendly.
