CREMANT REVERENCE IX

This exceptionnal and rare Crémant d'Alsace RÉVÉRENCE IX is the symbol of Wolfberger distinction and elegance.

It reveals a shiny sparkling gold colour. The bubble is very fine with a thin and persistent foam. The very complex nose reveals a floral character of acacia flowers with  brioche notes. This racy character comes from the high quality of this carefully selected cuvée and long months of aging in our cellars. A nice fine and refreshing acidity, a very great persistence of floral aromas and a creamy and delicate effervescence mark the palate.
