Precooked Crispy Bacon

Our premium quality precooked Crispy Bacon Slices and flakes are salted, dried, traditionally beechwood smoked, precooked and (IQF) packed. Our high-tech slicer allows us to guarantee a fixed average slicing weight per slice. Because we don't deep-fry or microwave our bacon, the slices are equally cooked, juicy and full of taste. Adjusting the cooking temperature and/or cooking time has resulted in the slices being available in different varieties.

We can offer you a tailor made product, based on your cooking grade (yield), packaging, cut and (private) labelling requirements. We can also offer standardised yield and packaging, in addition to our tailor made products.

Fully cooked

Ready to eat, crunchy and juicy Crispy Bacon slices or flakes are perfect for sandwiches, burgers, salads or as a snack. Private labelled in retail, foodservice or industrial packaging, fresh or IQF Frozen.

Medium cooked

Ready to eat or reheatable juicy Crispy Bacon Slices or flakes are perfect for sandwiches and burgers. Private labelled in retail, foodservice or industrial packaging, fresh or IQF Frozen.

Bake-off bacon

It is now very easy to serve tasty crispy bacon due to the easy, quick, consistent and 'idiot proof' cooking programme. Perfect for using as hotel breakfast bacon, for sandwiches or burgers. Private labelled in retail, foodservice or industrial packaging, fresh or IQF Frozen.
