Cruz de Piedra Selección Especial

CRUZ DE PIEDRA Selección Especial is made from selected Garnacha grapes coming from ancient low bush vines (+60 years old) planted in DO Calatayud.

A pure red wine; rich and polished. Intense with a supple core of blackberry, spice, but not too heavy. It undergoes 6 months of oak ageing.

CRUZ DE PIEDRA is the literal Spanish translation of "stone cross", referring to the stone crosses that mark the Pilgrim's Road to Santiago de Compostela. There is a particularly beautiful example near the vineyards.
