Cruz de Piedra white
CRUZ DE PIEDRA is a white wine made from Macabeo bush vines planted in DO Calatayud, located high in the mountains of northern Spain between Madrid and Zaragoza.
It has a pale straw yellow colour and strong fruity flavours of banana and citrus. On the palate it is well balanced, smooth and fresh.
CRUZ DE PIEDRA is the literal Spanish translation of "stone cross", referring to the stone crosses that mark the Pilgrim's Road to Santiago de Compostela. There is a particularly beautiful example near the vineyards.
