The concentrated butter is a product obtained from cream or butter. It is the result of a physical process (centrifugation) which, by using the differnces of density, consists in an almost total extraction of water and non fatty solids. This concentrated butter contains at least 99.8% of fats, and 0.2% maximum of non fats.
