Dalmatinac

Dalmatinac is a hard cheese made of sheep and cow milk. Its taste is somewhat milder, it is slightly softer than the Paški sir cheese or Pramenko, and it is perfect for all who find sheep cheese to be a bit too piquant. Dalmatinac is our second most sought-after brand, the Paški sir cheese being the first. Dalmatinac is often enjoyed as an appetizer with cured meats and traditional products such as Dalmatian prosciutto and Slavonian spicy dried sausage (kulen).
