2020 Dark Side of the Moon Shiraz

This deliciously juicy and plush Shiraz is blended from both our estate grown and carefully selected grower parcels of premium fruit.  The effect of three consecutive drought years resulted in our dry grown estate vineyards delivering low yields; thankfully the fruit produced was intensely coloured and richly flavoured. Maturation in oak barrels complements juicy dark berry fruit in this full flavoured wine – rich and generous with a soft, lingering finish.  You are invited to explore your ‘dark side’ – now or after 6+ years in the cellar.
