Davos Mountain cheese

On the juicy Alpine meadows of the Davos region the local farmers‘ cows are able to graze on outstanding
grass and herbs. Their excellent milk is gently processed according to selected recipes so that the spicy
flavour develops fully in these cheese specialities.
