Blue detectable plasters, catering plasters, are widely used in areas of food preparation from sandwich shops to butchers to cake manufacturers to large scale mass produced food lines. The plasters are directly detected because of their blue color (there are no natural food products that are blue) but also because of an aluminium foil under the woundpad which can be detected by metal detectors. The Detectaplast® Premium waterproof & elastic plasters have following characteristics :

• made of very strong PU material
• very thin PU film for good breathing of the wound
• water and dirt resistant & elastic
• protects against bacteria and viruses
• visually and electromagnetically detectable
