On the palate, the wine is rounded, refined and creamy, faithfully reflecting the aromas found on the nose. Its medium-plus acidity keeps the floral character vibrant.

A mineral finish completes the wine, leaving a satisfying impression that recalls the gentle influence of the Lake Plastira terroir.
