Siciliani rosé is made from a blend of red grapes, indigenous and international, vinified in steel. The nose expresses a floral bouquet of rasberry, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is harmonious and persistent with a bright finish.

Denomination IGP Terre Siciliane Variety Nerello Mascalese 70%, 15% Merlot, 15% Nero d'Avola Alcohol 12.5% Production 20,000 bottles Vineyard Miccina in Contessa Entellina, grown on mixed clay and volcanic tuff soils, organic cultivation. Altitude 1,300 to 1,600 feet Soil Clay mix and volcanic Tuff Vinification Destemmed grapes are soft pressed for 2 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless steel.
