Domaines Bonfils - L'Espace

Through Le Temps and l’Espace, Jean-Michel Bonfils gives us a personal and free interpretation of the Languedoc lands, with the sky of the South of France as the only reference point. Each of these two cuvées is a wine freed from traditional constraints linked to vintages or borders, in harmony with a nature in constant renewal. Le Temps, marked with the letter alpha: α, begins its history in 2021. L'Espace is a link between sea and mountain. The maritime and mineral expression of the terroir of Chateau Capitoul in Cru La Clape, from which the Cinsault comes, has been blended with the Grenache and Carignan of the exceptional terroir of rolled pebbles and blue marl of Chateau Vaugelas in Corbières.
