1- A dry bowl, blend 2 full tablespoons of Domo custard powder in 500ml of cold milk, add 3 tablespoons of sugar (55g)

2- Stir well until dissolved

3- Boil over low heat, stirring continuously until obtaining a smooth cream.

Could be served cold or hot.
