Simple and delicious. The Domo Ice cream light (70% less sugar) only needs a deep and narrow bowl, 200ml of cold milk (could also be done with water), steps:

1- Beat at high speed with mixer for about 4 minutes.

2- Store in freezer for 4 hours before.
