Made from pork and beef, thick minced, steamed, at the beginning is long pickled, then dried. Well defined taste is owed to a solid portion of garlic and pepper, during prepare. Best for a culinary connoisseur. Made from 125g of meat ( 100g pork and 25g of beef).
