Eidam smoked sliced

Semi-hard, ripened, full-fat milk product in the form of salami, 45 % fat in dry matter. It is available in four different packages. It has a soft, cheese-milk flavor, delicate flavor and not too salty taste. It is therefore suitable for use in cold and hot dishes; it easily creates a harmony with other flavors.
