Hand harvesting. Bunch selection. Destemming. Berry selection. Pneumatic pressing. Cooling of the must. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in concrete eggs. Aged “sur lies” in concrete eggs during 9 months.

Azúcar: 1,80 g./l.

pH: 3.22

Acidez total: 6,75 g./l.

Light yellow color with greenish hints . Presence of very fine lees in suspension. Citrics, floral and mineral aromas are appreciated. On the palate is fresh, young with great texture and excellent balance of acidity and sweetness.

Ideal to be paired with fish, white meats or as an aperitif.
