From selected vineyards of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, grapes of Cabernet and Merlot varieties are harvested according to strict criteria, “married” with the cosmopolitan Syrah to create a uniqueblend that is the “base” of aged EOTHINON.

A 100 % double heart distillate that retains all the characteristics of the grapes. 

The classic aroma of traditional Bordeaux derived from Cabernet and Merlot combined perfectly with the special characteristics of chocolate and mocha that Syrah gives.Balanced sequence of hazelnut, almond, butter, caramel, vanilla, with a light citrus finish.

Matured for at least one year in French Radoux oak barrels, known for their high aromatic potential, EOTHINON aged gets the maximum aromatic complexity during the maturing process.
