ESPERANZA Verdejo-Viura is made of 85% Verdejo and 15% Viura grapes from 15 year-old vines. The vineyards of Avelino Vegas are dispersed around Santiuste, the village where the winery is located.
The wine is crispy and refreshing. This versatile blend displays delicate floral aromas and forward fruit.
ESPERANZA in Spanish means "hope". It is an innovative project of Axial Vinos in DO Rueda, a region with long tradition of producing white wines in Spain where the star grape variety is Verdejo.
