Essential oils of plants
The essential oils fade naturally marks of exhaustion.
In case of muscular fatigue, massage a few drops on the affected areas (legs, temples, cervical area).
In the summer, Essential Oils can be used as a refreshing beneath the underarms after showering or mosquitoes, by pouring a few drops into a bedroom container or spreading it on the skin.
For tired feet, dilute a few drops in a container of warm water for a good foot bath or pour a few drops into the tub for an exceptional toning and balsamic bath.
You can put a few drops on a handkerchief, pour a few drops into a liter of warm water and breathe in the balsamic evaporations, or massage a few drops on the chest before sleeping.
The Essential Oils are composed of many plants whose beneficial virtues are renowned. The plants are selected rigorously and the oil is produced in southern Italy, in a preserved area well away from the main itineraries.
