EUROPEAN SEA BASS
With an elongated, grey-silver body, two distinct dorsal fins and a slightly protracted mouth, sea bass has always been sought after for its white, medium-dense flesh. Although, depending on the specimen, sea bass weight varies greatly, our sea bass range from 200 to 1000g, which makes handling and cooking much easier.
