Evidência White Dão DOC

The Dão wine region is located in the heart of Portugal. Sometimes likened to Portugal’s Burgundy, not because of any physical similarity but both have a similar winestyle. Like red  Burgundy, Dão doesn’t rely on power, but in stead aims at subtlety and finesse supported by natural acidity given from this terroir.

GRAPE VARIETIES 40% Encruzado, 40% Malvasia Fina and 20% Bical.

TASTING NOTES Aromas with notes of apricot, orange and a slightly floral. Fresh and elegant with good acidity and a long and crispy finish.
