Suitable for children:

• Age 3-7 – half a teaspoon of extract (2.5ml) directly into child’s mouth once a day
• Age 7-16 – one teaspoon of extract (5ml) directly into child’s mouth once a day
• Above 16 - one teaspoon of extract (5ml) directly into child’s mouth twice a day
