Farmer's Artichokes in Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 190g

The artichokes are cut in small slices and dressed at “Farmer’s style” following and old Pugliese recipe.
We use only the heart of the artichokes, the sweetest and tenderest part. With a vivid yellow color it has a tender consistency and an intense flavor thanks also to all the fresh Mediterranean spices we use.
The artichokes are preserved in our delicious extra virgin olive oil, without any addition of preservatives, colorants or food additives.

Ingredients: Sliced Artichokes 63%, extra virgin olive oil 33%, oregano, black pepper, white vinegar, salt
Store: Please, keep the jar in a dry and cool place, away from lights. After the opening keep the product covered in its oil and consume within 20 days
Ideal as: Our artichokes can be eaten as tasty appetizer or in combination with aged cheese. You might try them with smoked fish, shellfish or sea salad. Best if paired with red roasted meat.
