Bitter Pallini
The new Pallini Bitter recipe, launched this year for the centenary of the Negroni, is nothing more than the historic Pallini house recipe handed down for several generations, enriched with bitter and trendy aromatic botanicals.
The classic recipe has been enhanced with the mother tincture of China, Vanilla, rhubarb, artichoke and gentian.
Each element has been carefully selected to make our bitter perfect for use at the bar in the creation of the classic drinks of the Italian aperitif.
