The milk is used for the production of Feta is conformed with Regulation
ΕΕ 1881/2006 and 165/2010 which refers to the concentrations of aflatoxin Μ1, Pb, dioxins and PCB, with the Regulation 149/2008, the Regulation 396/2005 and the Regulation 765/2010 for the pesticide residues and the Regulation ΕΕ 2377/90 for the veterinary drugs residues.

Taste : Mildly rancid, pleasant, slighly acid and salty with pleasand flavor and aroma. No preservatives, artificial, natural colorings or antibiotics contained.
