Finca Montepedroso 2020, is our 100% Verdejo DO Rueda, in the hart of the same village, on the top of a hill, we have 25 hectares of vineyards dedicated exclusively to this grape variety : VERDEJO.. with all the taste of the authentic spirit of Rueda.
With a fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and a fermentation of 36 days. The wine is aged during 5 months over the lees with a weekly batonage, giving at all stages a beautiful aging also in bottle, ending with an amazing longevity and a unique life style !
