Fiocchetto with Rind

We choose only the very best thighs to produce this exceptionally soft and sweet product. To eat simply remove the rind that protects it and keeps it soft. It is outstanding when eaten, in the best Parma tradition, with “torta fritta”, prepared using thin layers of bread dough fried in lard.
